Which address to use, and what to expect back
There is no support tier between you and us, so every address below reaches one of the two founders. They exist to route, not to filter: using the right one means your message arrives with context rather than being triaged.
What to expect: a reply from a person who can change the thing you are writing about. What not to expect: an instant response at 3am from a two-person team, or a ticket number.

Product questions, early access, "does it do X", or telling us something is broken. If you are not sure which address to use, this is the one.

Your data, your rights
Access, deletion, or a question about what is held. Voice and likeness deletion requests belong here, and the Biometric and Likeness Policy sets out what deletion covers.
- Security
Vulnerability reports
If you have found something, tell us here and we will not be defensive about it. Trust and Safety documents the rules we hold ourselves to.
- Legal and billing
Contracts, DPAs, invoices
DPA requests, sub-processor questions, and anything about plans or refunds. The Data Processing Addendum and the Refund and Billing Terms are published in full for teams that need them before they ask.

How quickly will someone reply?
A person reads every message, usually within a day. We are two people, so we would rather say that than promise a response time an on-call rota would be needed to keep.
Can I get a DPA signed before I sign up?
Yes. The Data Processing Addendum is published in full so you can read it before asking, which is faster for both of us than a sales call about whether one exists.
How do I delete my voice or likeness data?
Write to the privacy address, or withdraw consent in the product. Deletion removes the twin and the source material; the Biometric and Likeness Policy states exactly what that covers and how long anything is retained.
