Your entire brand identity, generated from who you actually are.
This is the engine that writes your source of truth, the Brand Persona and Brand Kit every other engine reads.

Most senior engineers becoming managers do not need more options. They need career coaching for engineers moving into their first leadership role to be decided. That is the part we take.

31 fields in. Four kit modules out.
The Brand Persona is 31 fields across six groups. The kit is four modules. This is what happens between them, in the order it actually happens.
- 01
The field
Twenty-five persona fields, saved and scored independently. Nothing is generated until they exist.
- 02
Palette
Colour comes first, because every other module is coloured by it.
- 03
Typography
A display and a text face chosen against your tone, not against a trend.
- 04
Logo direction
Directions with rationale, not a single take-it-or-leave-it mark.
- 05
Voice
The written half of the kit: how you sound, in rules an engine can follow.
31 fields, six groups, saved and scored independently.
Update one thing, and only what depends on it changes. A taste of each group:
Regenerate one module or all of them. Say “keep the logo” and it's kept.
Palette
Seeded from your logo, tuned to your persona.
Typography
A display + body pairing that matches your voice.
Logo direction
Wordmark and mark directions you can iterate on.
Strategy
Positioning, voice rules and content pillars.
Board & visual assets
A living board of on-brand assets, statuses included.
Open any asset in Canva, edit, and it round-trips back.
Your kit stays the source of truth, Canva edits sync back into the board instead of forking it.
Every other engine reads what this one writes.
Most AI tools make you re-explain yourself every time. Branding is different: it writes the Persona and Kit fields the rest of Repic reads, the same chips you'll see filled in on every engine:
What does it take as input?
One short brief to start, then your Brand Persona as it deepens. Upload a logo and the palette is seeded from it.
What are the statuses?
Every kit module carries an honest status, up to date, low confidence, or needs input, the same conventions you see across Repic.
Is my work saved?
Every run is saved to your Studio history, versions and kits included, so you can preview old directions and switch your live kit.

What the Branding engine writes, and why it goes first
Everything else in Repic is downstream of this engine. It is the one place you describe yourself, and its output, the Brand Persona and the Brand Kit, is what every other engine reads instead of asking you again.
A Brand Persona is not a tagline. It is a structured description across 31 fields: who you are, what you actually do, who you are for, what those people struggle with, how you sound, what you refuse to sound like, and the strategy that connects them. The reason it is that long is that generation quality is bounded by input specificity. A one-line audience field produces one-line-audience writing, every time, in every format, forever.

From that persona the engine generates a coordinated Brand Kit rather than five independent artefacts. The palette is chosen knowing the typography; the voice rules are written knowing the audience; the logo direction is proposed knowing the palette. Coordination is the difference between a brand and a folder of assets.
Step by step, with nothing skipped
You describe, in your own words
Plain prose, not a form to game. There is no right answer and no scoring of your writing, only of how much the engines have to work with.
The engine drafts the persona
Your prose becomes the 31 structured fields. You review and edit every one; nothing is locked, and edits rescore only what depends on them.
The kit is generated as one object
Palette, type pairing, logo direction, voice rules and strategy, generated together from the persona so they agree with each other.
You keep the parts you like
Regenerate any single module without disturbing the rest. Pin a font pairing you already own. The kit is a working object, not a one-shot download.
What specificity buys you
Before
Audience: "small business owners who want to grow"
After
Audience: "solo consultants billing 8-15k a month who have outgrown referrals, dread posting because it feels like bragging, and have never had a brand beyond a Canva logo"
Same engine, same prompt, same format. The second one is the reason a caption can open with a struggle the reader recognises instead of a generic promise. This is the single highest-leverage edit most brands can make, and it is why the Quality Engine flags thin audience fields specifically.
What this does not do
It does not design a finished logo
It generates a logo DIRECTION, the constraints a designer or a generation run should honour. Repic does not pretend a wordmark is a brand identity.
It does not audit your existing brand
You can describe what you already have and pin what you want kept, but this engine writes a source of truth. It does not grade the one you arrived with.
It does not decide your positioning for you
The strategy module structures and sharpens what you said. It will not invent a market position you did not choose.
Straight answers
I already have brand colours and fonts. Can I keep them?
Yes. Pin them and the kit is generated around them, and every downstream engine reads the pinned values. The persona still matters, because the palette was never the hard part; the voice and audience fields are what make generated copy sound like you.
How long does the initial description take?
The honest answer is that the useful version takes longer than the fast version. You can get a working brand out of a short description in a few minutes, and the Quality Engine will immediately tell you which fields are too thin to generate well from. Most of the value is in the second pass.
Can I change the persona later without breaking everything?
Yes, and that is the designed path. Every field is scored independently and only what depends on a changed field is rescored. Past generated work is never silently rewritten; it is marked as potentially stale so you can decide.
Does the kit lock me into one look forever?
No. Regenerate any single module, keep the rest, and versioned history means you can see what changed and when. What Repic prevents is drifting by accident, not changing on purpose.
