Repic for Coaches and consultants

When you are the offer, consistency is credibility.

Coaching and consulting are bought on trust, and trust is accumulated one post at a time before anybody books a call. That makes consistency a commercial problem rather than an aesthetic one. Repic describes your expertise once, in depth, and every engine reads that description before it writes, so the person who books a discovery call has already met the same voice five times.

Who this page is for: Coaches, consultants and advisors whose expertise IS the product.

The problem

What actually goes wrong for coaches and consultants.

Written for this audience specifically. If it reads like the page next door, one of the two should not exist.

The buying decision happens before the first conversation, so a post that sounds off-brand costs a call you never knew about.

Your best proof is client work, and client work is exactly the material you cannot publish carelessly.

Expertise is hard to compress. Generic AI flattens the specific point of view that makes people choose you over a cheaper coach.

Content stops the moment client delivery gets busy, which is also the moment the pipeline needs it most.

What Repic does about it

What the product actually does here.

Every point below is something Repic does today, not something planned.

The Brand Persona has 25 fields covering who you serve, what you believe and how you sound, so a post argues your actual position rather than a generic one.

The AI twin is consent-first: voice and likeness need an explicit consent step and a spoken consent recording, and deletion actually deletes. If you use your own face and voice, that is on the record.

One described profile drives carousels, static posts and stories, so a framework you explain in a carousel reads the same as the story that follows it.

The Quality Engine scores the profile per component and says in plain language which part is too thin to generate from, which is usually the positioning.

An honest note

What Repic will not do for you.

The section that makes the rest of the page worth reading.

Repic does not write your client deliverables. It is a brand and content studio, not a proposal or curriculum tool.

It has no CRM, no booking page and no pipeline tracking. It makes the content that fills the pipeline; it does not manage it.

Client stories are your responsibility to clear. Repic gives you a consent gate for YOUR likeness, not permission to publish somebody else.

Not for

Who should not use Repic for this.

A coach who wants done-for-you content produced by somebody else. Repic is a studio you run, and the point of view has to be yours.

In depth

Why consistency is a commercial problem for coaches, not an aesthetic one

A coaching or consulting engagement is bought on trust, and trust is assembled quietly, over weeks, from whatever the person happened to read. By the time somebody books a discovery call they have already decided most of the question. That means an off-brand week is not a cosmetic problem; it is a call that never got booked, and you will never see it in any dashboard.

The reason it drifts is structural rather than lazy. Your point of view is the product, and a point of view is exactly the thing a per-post prompt cannot hold. Ask a generic tool for "a post about accountability" and it will return the median opinion on accountability, because that is what the median of its training data says. Nothing about that output is wrong; it is simply not yours, and your reader can tell within a sentence.

Every engine reads the same source of truth: your Brand Persona (the 25-field description of who you are, who you serve and how you sound) and the Brand Kit generated from it (palette, typography, logo direction, voice and strategy). Twenty-five fields is enough room to write down what you actually believe about your field, who you refuse to work with, and the words you use for the thing everyone else calls something blander. That is the part that makes generated content argue your position instead of the average one.

Client work is the second structural problem, and it is the one most tools ignore entirely. Your strongest proof is the transformation somebody paid you for, and that material belongs to them as much as to you. Repic is consent-first by construction: voice and likeness twins require an explicit consent step and a spoken consent recording, the own-voice-only rule is enforced, and deletion actually deletes. Repic gates YOUR likeness properly; clearing a client story is still your judgement call, and no tool should pretend otherwise.

Honest limits

What this does not do

It does not write your programme

Curriculum, workbooks, proposals and session plans are not what this is. Repic is the brand and content layer around your practice.

It is not a pipeline tool

No CRM, no booking page, no lead scoring. Repic makes the content that fills the pipeline and stops there.

Questions

Straight answers

Will it sound like me or like an AI coach?

That depends entirely on how much you put into the Brand Persona, and we would rather say that plainly than promise magic. A thin profile produces median content. A profile that names what you believe, who you serve and what you refuse produces content that argues your position, and the Quality Engine tells you which of those fields is still too thin.

Can I use client stories?

You can write about client work you have permission to write about, exactly as you would anywhere else. Repic gates the consent for YOUR voice and likeness, with an explicit step and a spoken recording, and does not manage third-party permissions for you.

Is this useful if I only post twice a week?

Yes, and arguably more useful. The value is that post one and post forty read as the same practitioner, and low frequency makes drift harder to notice, not less likely.
